Is that 76% against you, but not anyone else? What do you mean by 76% against you? How is it possible to deal the same 76% against EVERYONE in the hand, does this even make sense? How much data have you collected, and how? Can you share this data?
You've done statistical analysis? lets see the data and analysis. I'm talking raw data. There are more then enough guys on here with strong mathematical/statistical backgrounds that will understand what you're getting at. The mere fact that you've come on here making this claim without providing that data immediately makes me think you actually have done zero data analysis, or at least have literally no idea how to properly present any findings, which in itself is suspect. If you've done the work then post it and we can move forward, otherwise this post essentially boils down to a poker is rigged rant.

Who is Gerard Poitras? Is he a random customer service rep? If so I highly doubt he has any information on any statistical anomalies in the software. If not what is his position at playnow?
You're clearly also going to have to post the data on Pokerstars, as no one has any idea what you're talking about and you're analysis will likely heavily rely on a comparison
