It looks like things are not going well for Full Tilt.
The DOJ has amended their civil suit against a number of new people including Howard Lederer, and Chris Ferguson. They go as far as to call Full Tilt a "Ponzi Scheme". Here is a link to a news story.
The feds are good at marketing. I worked there, and don't believe it was a "Ponzi Scheme". Granted, I left before the financials got messy, but I don't think the morons running the company tried to rip people off, I believe they made some really stupid decisions after the feds locked up a bunch of their money.
