For those of you who play online, the grand-salami over/unders have NOT even come close yet to going over the first 2 nights. I should have done some more research more in my above theory.  Game 2's are more free flowing than game 1's.  Oh well 2 wins and 1 loss using the grand-slam UNDER is better than a kick in the nuts.  LOL!!!!

Online today:

 I like Mariners @ Royals UNDER 7.5.  With King Felix pitching for Seattle and also with Seattles offence being as poor as it is, this should be a low scoring game. 

 

I cashed on the first 2 games of the Padres @ Astros to go under the 8.5 runs.  Game 3 is today, and am leaning towards the under again for sure but they dropped it down to 7.5 for this game.  Hmmmmm.  I may stay away but not sure yet.

 

Oakland has a pitcher friendly ballpark with that huge area to catch the foul balls.  They play at home to Detroit today with Verlander pitching for Detroit.  Hes their stud pitcher so I have a definate lean towards the under in that game also, but it's at 6.5.  So Ill have ot give that a bit more thought.

Hey Kirk thats a great idea, I never thought of that.  Thats a great way to get a 1 gamer on bclc.  I wish they would just do that anyways.  But they wont as it would obviously eat into there profits.

Yeah, Also if you ever want to clear a bonus online take a bclc 1 team edge such as Mtl goto OT at 4.60 or +360, than bet online that the game wont goto OT at 5 dimes or elsewhere at -355 , and gain a bonus + a 2.5 cent garunteed win per dollar that you wager.

Playnow online also has a $50 bonus if you wager $300, so easy risk free way to get this bonus.

Another good way to get the bclc bonus is to find 2 rainouts and bet $300 on them, if they are not cancelled.

no correct pinny odds on that are 3.64 and 1.98 , the bclc only edge is the OT

Those percentages are how much you are beating the online Pinnacle Overtime odds by. So 4 of those games are like poker hands with an 8-25% edge.
 A 25% edge is like getting it all in heads up in pot limit Omaha with AAxx double suited... You don't always win, but we are getting the better of it.

The other 4 provincial lotteries , Western/Ontario/.Atlantic/Quebec have scrapped the tie option for NHL wagering. So you only pick the winner. This isn't a bad option, but it shows how badly they were getting destroyed on the NHL tie edges and how profitable thay can be.

Vince on Totals  and point spread due to poor odds you need to run 3-5 games. A 2 teamer = even money which is bad odds. i sometimes add in -1 to-3% edges based on handicapping.

I think you get the edge theory though.

The cubs game was postponed around 330pm, so I put 2 , one teamers on the 2 NHL ties, which broke me even. I just can't catch a sports break here. Arizona was up by 2 laste in the 8th inning and than blew it. O well.

Some food for thought in the Anaheim @ Nashville game tommorow night. 

They have played 7 times so far this year.  The LOWEST scoring game was 5 goals. The lowest score of the winning team was 4 goals in all of the 7 games  The total of 5.0 online seems like a solid ass play to me.  And for you bclc players the total on there is only 4.5 which in my opinon is great value to say the least .. especially when the over 5.0 online is paying -133.  I mean just look at every other game they have played this year.  But you allways have to play that dreaded 2nd game.  LOL.  Or more if you wish.  I had a nice hit tonight on the over in the Nucks game.  You just had to know that Chicago was going to come out guns a blazin.  Anaheim has some good fire power and I totally see them playing the same way Chicago did tonight. 

 

Any opinions on a good over/under tommorow to go with the above game?  OR maybee you prefer the under in the Ana/Nas game?

For bclc there are 2 games that stand out to me today for the o/u's. 

I think that game #58 which is the Anaheim @ Nashville game is OVER 4.5, for the reasons given above.  I mean when you have played 7 times this season with the lowest of the 7 games being 5 goals, I will take the OVER 4.5 please and thank-you.  And just to reinerate the lowest score of the winning teamhad 4 goals by themselves. 

Also game #48 is Arizona VS Cincinatti.  The o/u online is 9.0 and is heavily geared towards the under @ -129.  Yet bclc has the o/u for that game @ 9.5. 

I don't play bclc to to often with this stuff as I don't like the odds they give you in the slightest.  LOL!!!  ODDSET they give some good edges of which Kirk is kind enough to post his findings.  But for o/u today I think you have some really good value with the above 2 games.

My above play online will pay you +217 right now, and bclc only pays +100.  But keep in mind that you are getting an extra half point either way in our favour on bclc. 

The BB game line online is still 9.0 but the under is now -116, which is down from the -129.  So there appears to be a bit of money coming in on the over.  Just a touch.  lol

The Nugget@Thunder game tonight opened @ 208.5.  It has been bet down to now 206.0.  I like the under at the 208.5 that bclc is offering us. Game #57. 

I might back off on the above baseball game.  Doing a bit more research I can see why some $$$$ is coming in on the over.   We shall see. 

But UNDER 206 is paying -113 online in the basketball game and as stated above bclc has the game @ 208.5.  That might be the way I go with the hockey game over 4.5 on bclc.

Vince there are times when the odds are in our favor enough that we get an edge on a 2 team totals or point spread on BCLC. But they are slim. A 2 teamer only pays even money instead of the proper 2.6-1 that it should. The thing that makes it worth betting is if the odds are off enough. such as the last day of NBA season when 2 games were off by 15+ points each on point spread. There have also been NBA totals off by 30+ points from BCLC as well.

these are the odds BCLC is giving us on totals and point spread based on games picked.
2 games = 1.41/game
3 games = 1.59/game
4 games = 1.68/game
5 games = 1.72/game
6 games = 1.71/game
7 games = 1.72 game

These are the worst of the 5 provincial lotteries. So if u do spreads you want to usually do 4 or 5 teamers.

An example today is correct odds for Over 58Anh/Nsh 4.5goals is 1.54 . The edge you are getting is based on the odds you are being paid. This is a minor edge in a 3 teamer and not even an edge in a 2 teamer due to the bad odds.
Also in baseball an oddset win is 1.5 runs, when you play pointspread you get alot of regular -0.5 spreads which is just an MLB win with no spread.
